CDISC Builder™ 3.0 - Installation Validation Test Scripts

The following documentation contains the necessary instructions and test scripts to perform validation testing of your installed CDISC Builder. This will verify that the installation was applied properly.

Validation Instructions
The following steps will walk you through the verification of your installed tool. The prerequisite is that you have already downloaded and installed the application.

Download the following testscripts.zip file and uncompress it at a specified testing directory. Note that on some test cases, you may need to edit your scripts to reflect the location of your test.
View the instructions below under the documentation column and apply the test for each tool.

CDISC Builder Index	Index screen of all tools
ADDSEQ	Add a sequence number for multiple observation per subject
CDISC	Verify SAS datasets against CDISC standards
COMMENT	Generate comment domain dataset as part of the SDTM of CDISC
REPORT	Generate system level reports for CDISC Builder
DIFFTEST	Verify differences among SAS datasets
FINDINGS	Generate CDISC Findings dataset
FINDREL	Find variables that are potential related records
FMTSUM	Creates a summary report of all formats used with associated variables and data sets
METADATA	Generate and maintain a metadata database with search capabilities
MATCHVAR	Match variable names and labels if they are similar
ORDERVAR	Modifies the position order of the variables for a specified dataset by key and alphabetical order
PROC CDISC	Import and Export XML with CDISC Modles
RELREC	Generate CDISC Relating Groups of Records in Separate Domain Datasets
SD2XPT	Cretaes a SAS transport file from SAS datasets
SUPPQUAL	Generate CDISC Supplemental Qualifiers non standard variables and their association to parent domain
VARLEN	Evaluate the variables and recommend lengths based on maximum values.
FORMAT-CDISC	Check format and CDISC button.
