Overview
This is the instruction of using ValidatorBuddy tool to validate XML file.  This will be evaluated to verify the compliance of DEFINE.XML generated from Definedoc.

Step 1: Download and install from the URL: http://www.spycomponents.com/valbuddy/setup.exe

Step 2: After installing the tool, open Windows Explorer, point to the location of the XML file.

Step 3: Right mouse click on the XML file and choose "TortoiseXML ValidatorBuddy" and then choose "Check if well-formed"

Step 5: Verify that the file is well-formed.
